Sytner Group Ltd appointed BDG Studio to design a new stand-alone Cosmetic Repair and Pre-Delivery Inspection facility on Hazel Drive, Leicester, adjacent to their Audi dealership. Located in the Fosse Park area, just southwest of Leicester city centre, the site was previously occupied by an industrial and office building that had been demolished and subsequently used as an overflow car storage compound. Covering approximately 0.22 hectares (0.55 acres), the development was designed to complement the existing dealership and surrounding industrial and commercial context.

The new facility, measuring 580 sq m (6,250 sq ft) on the ground floor, provided essential support for the main dealership, contributing to the ongoing success and sustainability of the business at this location. External materials were carefully selected to harmonise with the adjoining building, ensuring a sympathetic aesthetic. The project also supported the company’s growth objectives, enabling operational expansion and the creation of employment opportunities in the area.
