The building has a unique relationship to the Park Regis Hotel, with shared facilities including a Gym, Cafe and Private Cinema as well as on-demand room services available to residents.

A key driving force for the building concept was the way it responded to the surrounding urban fabric and the unique site context. St Martin’s Place was be built using the latest in pre-fabrication and energy efficient construction methods and was completed in 2021.
