The site, situated on Clarendon Road alongside several high profile commercial companies, offered an excellent opportunity for us to showcase a unique and striking architectural design for our client.

One of the key challenges for us to overcome on this project was the tight nature of the site, where both overlooking and rights to light were key considerations throughout the design development. We also enjoyed the creative opportunity to develop the interior design concepts for both the large reception and the communal break out areas.
