A truly iconic building in Birmingham, a sculptural, brutalist masterpiece designed by John Madin’s practice in the early 1970s. Carefully converted into 271 apartments whilst maintaining the integrity of the original in its entirety, in a time when these types of buildings are being removed from the cityscape. This development secures the longevity of this classic well into this century and hopefully the next.
